We've dealt with many realtors. A lot were were very good. But Ellen is the only one that earns 5 Stars in every category. *Knowledge of the local market was jaw dropping. *Process experience: She could simplify the complicated. *Responsiveness: (Could you give her 6 stars on that one?) As soon as I'd hit send, she would get back to me. If she did not have an immediate answer, one was coming. *Negotiation: The best, in that she appeared NOT to when she actually was negotiating. She always kept her promises. If she said it would be done. Wish there were more "Ellens" in the other professions we deal with.
